International Client in the energy sector is looking for a Problem and Change Manager in a environment for Digital meters.

REQUIREMENT : Knowledge of Manager for ServiceNow incidents on Digital meters.

Responsible for all incidents as an incident and problem manager
Liaison between business and different scrum teams
Work closely together with business analysts on solution of problems
Ensure Service Level Agreements
Monthly Reporting
Knowledge base optimization
Set up of service now environment on a cross company integration
Enhancement of operation processes

This is a 3 to 6 months mission
FR/EN/NL if possible
Junior/Medior profile
